Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities' Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care overnight from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. This role supports daily living activities, mobility, and medication assistance under care plans, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
