Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is hiring an Overnight Resident Assistant for Red Cedar Canyon in Hudson, WI. This part-time night role supports residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, focusing on compassionate, person-centered care.

The position runs 10pm–6:30am with a rotating schedule (Week 1 and Week 2). NOC shift differential, sign-on bonus, and opportunities in a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred.
• 1 year of Resident Assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support
