Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities at Goldfinch Estates in Minnesota seeks a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. The role includes assisting with daily activities, mobility support, and medication-related tasks in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

Both part-time and full-time openings are available, with overnight shifts (10:00 pm–6:00 am) and shift differentials. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible full-time positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Health-related disciplines training and/or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to appropriate staff.
