Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking enthusiastic, service‑oriented individuals to join our front desk and night audit teams. You’ll help guests check in and out, create welcoming experiences, and contribute to a smooth operation in a dynamic hotel setting.

We value teamwork, flexible scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and clear communication. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills; Opera and Excel knowledge is a plus, and prior hospitality exposure is welcome.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and sit for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Night Audit – run nightly reports and reset the system.
• Manage Front Desk activity and handle Guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare Guest welcome packets and VIP reports.
• Prepare daily internal communications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently;kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment is required
• Basic computer skills required
• Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel knowledge preferred
