Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an Overnight Night Auditor to manage front desk overnight operations and complete the night audit. This full-time role offers exposure to a premier downtown hotel and opportunities to grow within a global hospitality brand.

The ideal candidate will provide friendly guest service, handle check-ins/outs during late hours, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment is required
• Basic computer skills required
• Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• The Night Auditor is responsible for managing front desk activities overnight at the hotel and completing the night audit
• Perform Night Audit — run nightly reports and reset the system
• Manage Front Desk activity and handle Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Prepare Guest welcome packets and VIP reports
• Prepare daily internal communications
