Job summary

The Cradle Company seeks an experienced Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to support a family in Groveland, CA, starting August 29. This is a 9-hour overnight shift through September 28, with focus on feeding, soothing, diapering, and baby monitoring.

Ideal candidates are deeply experienced with newborns, able to provide calm, confident overnight support, and comfortable in a home with cats. Vaccination against TDAP, TB, COVID and Flu is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a newborn care specialist
• Ability to provide calm, overnight support
• Comfort with pets, specifically cats
• Must be vaccinated (TDAP, TB, COVID, Flu)

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for the newborn
• Manage overnight feeds, soothing, diapering and monitoring
• Keep baby safe and well with regular checks and updates to parents
