The Cradle Company in Jupiter, FL is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist for overnight support as a second child arrives. The role runs for 8 weeks with a nightly schedule of 11:15pm–9:15am, 5 nights per week, starting a few days after birth.

The caregiver will handle baby care duties and assist the family as they adjust to a larger family dynamic. Ideal candidates are calm, proactive, and adept at newborn routines, feeding support, and light household tasks related to the baby.

Formación

• Experience caring for newborns.
• Comfortable with overnight shifts and sleep routines.
• Able to sterilize bottles and pump parts, perform baby-related tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Tidy nursery and do baby laundry.
• Wash and sterilize bottles and pump parts.
• Prepare tummy-time activities and developmental play.
• Prepare breastfeeding-friendly meals and snacks for mom.
