Job summary

The Cradle Company in San Jose, CA is seeking an Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to start when the baby returns home from the hospital. You will provide attentive newborn care, including feeding, soothing and helping establish a sleep routine, while protecting parental sleep.

Start date: Date of birth; around January 10, 2027 (Could be a week earlier or later)

Schedule: 8 hours, 7 days per week for the first 2 weeks, then 8 hours, 5 days per week for the following 8 weeks

Compensation: $55 – $65 per hour
