Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to maintain merchandising, replenish stock, and support overnight operations. The role focuses on reducing non-selling tasks during overnight hours to maximize efficiency and readiness for daytime selling.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience, with the ability to operate System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.

• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in replenishment for all store areas.
• Supports inventory with on-demand counts and displays integrity.
• Performs price changes, tagging, and inventory adjustment review.
• Performs recovery tasks like folding, repacking, sorting and facing.
• Supports visual merchandising and planogram updates.
• Supports omni-channel fulfillment during peak times.
