Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Sevierville, TN is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and enhance customer service during overnight hours.

You will focus on non-selling tasks, replenishment, price changes, and merchandising across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Apparel, and more, partnering with the Inventory Control team to ensure inventories are accurate and displays are up to date. This role requires flexibility to work overnights and contribute to a well-organized store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate price changes and replenishment to retail staff.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with on-demand counts and displays.
• Performs price change execution including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting).
• Supports visual merchandising and planogram maintenance.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• All other duties as assigned.
