Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Sevierville, TN is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support non-selling tasks and store operations, enabling legendary customer service during overnight hours.

You will replenish stock across departments, assist with planograms, price changes, and visual merchandising, and partner with inventory control and leadership to keep shelves ready for ads and peak business. This role requires overnight shifts and physical activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to review and set planograms and merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock inventory.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment across multiple departments.
• Supports inventory management with counts and scanning.
• Executes price changes with tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks like folding, repacking, and facing.
• Supports visual merchandising and fixtures updates.
• Assists planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
