Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter in Nashville to support overnight operations and critical non-selling tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on customer service and selling opportunities.

The role requires handling replenishment, inventory checks, price changes, and visual merchandising tasks across departments, with potential for planogram maintenance and omni fulfillment during peak periods. This is a part-time, on-site position with benefits listed.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with counts, scanning, and displays.
• Performs price change execution including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting, facing).
• Supports visual merchandising including fixtures, signage, end caps, and resets.
