Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and ensure legendary service. The role concentrates on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to free Sales Outfitters for selling opportunities.

You will assist replenishment, inventory counts, price changes, and visual merchandising across departments while coordinating planograms and omnichannel fulfillment during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in replenishment for Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes including tagging, signage and inventory adjustments.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, re-hanging).
• Support visual merchandising and planogram updates, fixture changes, end caps, and resets as required.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.
