Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding them on self-service technology and helping with purchases.
• Supervises associates in assigned area; assigns duties, trains on processes, and provides feedback to ensure policy compliance.
• Receives and stocks supplies, organizes the sales floor, and maintains product displays.
• Ensures safety, follows forklift procedures, and reports unsafe situations.
• Maintains merchandising presentation, handles claims/returns, and ensures pricing and signing are correct.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and adapts to change; oversees club pick up orders.
