Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding with self-service tech and purchases.
• Supervises associates, assigns duties, trains staff, and reinforces customer service approaches.
• Receives, stocks, and merchandises on the sales floor; maintains displays and organizes product layouts.
• Maintains safety, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe conditions.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, processes returns, and monitors shrink and pricing accuracy.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and supports change management to meet priorities.
• Oversees club pick up order picking and staging; communicates improvements with managers and partners.
