Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by identifying needs and guiding purchases.
• Assist management with supervising associates and hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Stock and organize merchandise, maintain the sales floor, and complete required documentation.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of materials, inventory, and hazardous substances.
• Maintain product presentation, rotate inventory, and manage returns and claims.
• Lead teams, coordinate tasks, and promote customer service excellence across departments.
• Oversee club pickup order picking and staging.
• Develop processes with managers and partners to meet business needs.
• Promote compliance with policies and ethics and support the Open Door Policy.
