Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking an energized team member in Charlotte, NC, to deliver exceptional member service and support daily store operations. You will acknowledge members, assist with self-service tech, and guide purchasing decisions while ensuring product availability and display quality.

You will supervise associates, train staff on processes, maintain safety standards, and contribute to merchandising and loss-prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs.
• Guide members on self-service technology and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervising associates and training on processes.
• Stock and organize products; maintain sales floor and displays; complete documentation as required.
• Ensure safety by conducting safety checks and handling hazardous materials per policy.
• Lead teams, coordinate work, and communicate goals to ensure timely, quality work.
• Oversee club pick-up orders and ensure proper staging and accuracy.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs in collaboration with managers and partners.
