Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members with self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues per company guidelines.
• Assists management with supervising associates: assigning duties, training, giving feedback, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness: safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazard handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintains sales floor: pricing, displays, stock organization, damaged goods removal, and shrink control.
• Monitors product quality: rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation, and proper merchandising across departments.
• Leads and participates in teams: prioritizing work, coordinating tasks, and supporting change.
• Oversees club pickup order picking and staging; ensures compliance with policies.
• Develops processes by collaborating with managers and partners; analyzes data and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Supports ethics and integrity; promotes company values through action plans and Open Door Policy.
