Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; guides self-service tech and assists with purchases.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and coaching to ensure quality service.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandize; maintains sales floor per policies.
• Maintains safety by performing safety sweeps and following forklift and hazardous material procedures.
• Ensures pricing, signage, and presentation; handles returns and damaged goods.
• Monitors product quality, rotations, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Leads teams; coordinates work, provides feedback, and supports change.
• Oversees club pickup orders; ensures correct picking and staging.
• Develops processes to meet business needs; collaborates with managers and associates.
• Promotes ethics, Open Door Policy, and company standards in daily operations.
