The position offers stepwise responsibilities and potential for growth within the club. Shifts may vary, and the hourly wage ranges from $23.00 to $31.00.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Supervise and train associates, assign duties, provide feedback, and support Open Door Policy.
• Ensure safety and merchandising standards, handle claims and returns, and maintain product displays and cleanliness.
