Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support overnight operations, focusing on non-selling tasks to enable efficient completion of tasks and ensure legendary customer service opportunities. The role requires staying overnight and coordinating replenishment and merchandising activities across departments.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years of experience, and comfort working with RF/Gizmo devices and planograms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Supports inventory management with on demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks.
• Performs temporary and permanent price changes including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments: folding, repacking, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Supports visual merchandising: fixture replacement, updating signage, end caps, visual directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and ad setup.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
