Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support the store campus during overnight hours, focusing on non-selling tasks to free up Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

You will perform replenishment, assist with inventory counts, price changes, merchandising updates, and planogram reviews while maintaining safety and efficiency for a busy retail floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two years of retail or related experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct replenishment for all departments.
• Assist inventory management with on-demand counts and scanning.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes including tagging and signage.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repacking, sorting and facing.
• Support visual merchandising with fixture updates, signage and end caps.
• Assist planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Support Omni fulfillment during peak periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
