Job summary

The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking an Overnight Mental Health Professional to support adults with mental health challenges at our Aurora, IL sites. You will implement IM+CAN treatment plan goals and document services for each client while ensuring rights and dignity are preserved.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, and a willingness to work Wed-Sun, 9pm-7am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in Social Services.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled hours and be flexible to meet client and program needs.
• Respond to all incoming calls and assess if telehealth or in-person services are appropriate.
• Be physically present at each site to monitor client needs and emergencies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred

High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in Social Services
