Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in North Dakota in good standing.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care during overnight hours, including toileting, repositioning, hygiene, and mobility.
• Conduct safety rounds and respond to residents who are awake or in need of reassurance.
• Support residents with sundowning or nighttime confusion with calm, patient care.
• Monitor and document changes in condition, behavior, and comfort; report concerns to the charge nurse promptly.
• Assist with vital signs, intake/output tracking, and other duties as directed by the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, soothing environment to promote restful sleep.
• Deliver care that honors each resident's routines, preferences, and dignity.
