Job summary

Qualifications

Current Certified Medication Aide certification valid in North Dakota
Certified Nursing Assistant credential and value in dementia care

Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately in accordance with protocols
Monitor residents for changes and report observations promptly
Maintain clear documentation of medications and resident status
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Use person-centered communication for residents experiencing confusion or agitation
Collaborate with care team to follow individualized care plans
Help create a secure, engaging memory care environment
Support families with warmth during visits and transitions
