Houston Fitness Partners is hiring an Overnight Member Service Representative to warmly greet members, handle inquiries, and drive sales during the 9:30pm–6am shift at Planet Fitness locations in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes high energy, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills; 6–12 months of face-to-face experience.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction.
• Punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence, high-energy, and professionalism; anticipate needs and respond promptly.
• Answer phones promptly and provide accurate information.
• Assist callers with inquiries and schedule tours; drive sales goals.
• Process retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the club and equipment during shift.
• Be able to answer questions about business procedures and policies.
