Qualifications

• 6-12 months of face-to-face customer service experience is preferable.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence and energy.
• Deliver efficient customer service while maintaining accuracy.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication skills.
• Perform member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales.
• Regularly clean and sanitize club and equipment.
