Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative for the overnight shift at our Eagan, MN club. You will manage check-ins, assist with membership sales, and promote programs while delivering friendly, high-quality customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year in a service role, strong communication, CPR/AED certification, and a high school diploma. Compensation is hourly with benefits and free gym access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service-oriented experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading and writing.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm at check-in.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning and group fitness.
• Handles member enrollment and guest conversion tasks.
• Keeps front desk and lobby clean and organized.
