The Medical Scheduler overnight role focuses on staffing providers across multiple facilities, coordinating with multi‑disciplinary teams and ensuring accurate schedules for Crisis, Inpatient, Residential and Outpatient programs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred) with 1 year of medical scheduling

• Experience with medical practice scheduling or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Scheduler is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and appropriate staffing of providers across Crisis, Inpatient, Residential and Outpatient facilities daily.
