Job summary

MedSpeed in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver - Overnight to safely transport lab specimens, medical records, and supplies in a company vehicle. This full-time role runs Saturday through Monday, 9:30pm–7:30am, with a $17.00 hourly base rate.

A $1.00/hr night differential applies from 10:00pm to 5:00am. You will operate a handheld scanner, perform pre/post-trip checks, and uphold professional standards with clients while building a collaborative MedSpeed

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver's license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity working with and adapting to technology.
• Must pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens and supplies.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Load and unload materials safely and professionally.
• Present a professional image to clients through appearance and interaction.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Route duties vary and may change based on client needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability with teammates and clients.
