Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking an overnight Med Tech/CMA to monitor residents' health and support care services. The role includes medication administration, documentation, and coordinating with wellness teams to maintain quality care.

Ideal candidates hold a certified medication aide credential with at least one year of eldercare experience and are able to work overnights, weekends, and flexible hours across the Phoenix Union Hill location in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Leadership capabilities and knowledge of Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify ongoing needs and services of residents through assessment and PSP process.
• Ensure proper follow through and documentation for changes in clinical care needs.
• Assist Wellness Nurse with clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP.
• Inform Wellness Director/Executive Director of changes in medication or service level.
• Assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly prior to wellness visits.
• Provide resident care as needed.
