Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking an engaged Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide to support overnight resident care at The Phoenix @ Union Hill. The role focuses on medication administration, wellness activities, and leadership in daily care, with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

The overnight shift is 10pm–6am with occasional weekends. Candidates must be certified and prepared to collaborate with nursing and resident services to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of eldercare or disabled care experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
• Administer and assist with medication care.
• Communicate with resident support services and families.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and wellness documentation.
• Support Wellness Nurse with monthly PSP and wellness visits.
• Document changes in care and notify supervisors.
