Job summary

The Phoenix at Lake Lanier is seeking Med Techs to join their team. The role focuses on monitoring residents' health, administering medications, and leading wellness activities within an Assisted Living setting.

Qualifications include a valid Certified Medication Aide credential and at least 1 year working with elders or disabled individuals. Weekend/evening hours and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Medication Aide or meet state medication aide requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with elders or disabled individuals (preferred).
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Dementia care, or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and well-being of residents and support care services.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation.
• Complete wellness visits and update PSP monthly.
• Communicate changes in care or medications to Wellness/Executive Directors.
• Take weights and vital signs as part of monthly wellness.
• Provide resident care support as needed.
