The Phoenix at Union Hill in Georgia is seeking two Med Techs (Certified Medication Aides) to join their team. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident care, and supporting wellness and PSP processes.

Candidates must be certified medication aides with at least one year of eldercare experience, leadership ability, and availability for weekends and evening shifts. This role supports high-quality care in an assisted living setting and requires the 10pm-6am shift.

Competenze

• Must be certified Medication Aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Monitor health and wellbeing of residents and provide leadership support.
• Assist with medication care administration and related documentation.
• Communicate with resident support services and families as needed.
• Contribute to monthly wellness visits and Personalized Service Plans (PSP).
• Inform Wellness/Executive Directors of changes in medication or service levels.
