You will handle fresh food preparation, stocking, and register duties while upholding brand standards of Alltown Fresh in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills to perform transactions and complete shift documentation.
• Strong knowledge of general safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to validate customer identification for age‑restricted product sales per state law.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Sales: Provide best-in-class guest service at every interaction and greet every guest with a smile.
• Food Service & Merchandising: Prepare/maintain all fresh Grab and Go items and assist in food service preparation.
• Store Operations: Operate POS systems, assist in inventory management, and maintain cleanliness and brand standards.
• Safety, Compliance & Market Appearance: Maintain a safe store environment and adhere to safety/sanitation guidelines.
