Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Market Associate/Overnight to deliver outstanding Guest service, manage food safety, and support store operations. You will prep fresh food, stock shelves, and assist at the register while upholding brand standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities spanning safety, merchandising, and POS operations. Join a team focused on community, hospitality, and reliable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills to perform transactions and complete shift documentation.
• Strong knowledge of general safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to validate customer identification for age‑restricted product sales per state law.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional and calm demeanor, including in emergency or high‑pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class Guest service at every interaction.
• Greeting every Guest with a smile and sincere welcome.
• Suggest relevant purchases and promote current specials.
• Execute the company’s Guest service program consistently at the store level.
• Interact professionally with all customers and address concerns promptly and courteously.
• Prepare/maintain all fresh, Grab and Go food items according to company guidelines.
• Execute daily prep and assist in food service preparation.
• Maintain all self-service food areas, including coffee stations and dispensers.
• Restock and rotate products based on received and production dates to ensure freshness.
• Follow food safety, allergen, and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and shift reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness brand standards and store appearance.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines.
