This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the operation, connecting with guests, developing their team, and finding opportunities to make the business even better.
In this role, you'll oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, maintain high standards of service and quality, manage labor and departmental costs, oversee beverage inventory, and ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards are consistently met. You'll also recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop your team while creating an environment where people feel supported and empowered to deliver exceptional service.
