Job summary

Key West Historic Inns Collection is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operation with energy, consistency, and a true passion for hospitality. You will manage daily operations, develop your team, and ensure exceptional service in a historic, guest-centric setting in Key West.

Responsibilities include overseeing service standards, controlling labor and costs, inventory management, and ensuring safety and sanitation across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage supervisory or management required.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Banquet management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, wine, inventory, and cost controls.
• Understanding of labor management, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and developing people.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Key West Historic Inns is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operation with energy, consistency, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the operation, connecting with guests, developing their team, and finding opportunities to make the business even better.

In this role, you'll oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, maintain high standards of service and quality, manage labor and departmental costs, oversee beverage inventory, and ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards are consistently met. You'll also recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop your team while creating an environment where people feel supported and empowered to deliver exceptional service.
