Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate a state-of-the-art pulp molding machine, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

We value individuals with problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Prior warehouse or manufacturing background is a plus, and there is weekend overnight shift availability.

Join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become an integral part of our production process! Responsibilities

• Operate a state of the art pulp molding machine
• Monitor machine performance throughout the shift, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with fabrication and packaging as needed.
• Follow safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Document production data accurately and communicate any operational concerns or machine issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus but not a requirement, we will train.
• Experience with safety standards, materials handling (including forklift operation), assembly line processes, and packaging procedures a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery issues.
