Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate a state-of-the-art pulp molding machine, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

We value individuals with problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Prior warehouse or manufacturing background is a plus, and there is weekend overnight shift availability.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate manufacturing machinery.
• Basic safety and materials handling knowledge.
• Team player with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pulp molding machine.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance.
• Handle materials using forklifts and other handling equipment; assist fabrication and packaging.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Document production data and communicate issues to supervisors.
