Job summary

Imagine in Minnesota is hiring for a night-shift technician to set up and run mounting equipment. You will mount production pieces to substrates, ensure quality, and report issues to the die cutting team. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, follow written instructions, and maintain a clean workspace.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday, 9:45pm–6:15am with a $1/hr shift differential. Company benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance, and paid

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical experience preferred.
• 1 year mounting experience on any material.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.
• Basic math, fractions, and measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and run mounting equipment for production pieces.
• Maintain quality standards and report problems to supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; work overtime as needed.
• Record accurate time and quantities using the ELF system.
• Maintain glue inventory and perform other duties as assigned.
