Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience is required.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, green card holder, asylum seeker or refugee).
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT work authorization will be provided.
• No relocation benefit; candidate must reside within 50 miles of Middlesex, NC.
• Preferred experience in inspection, ERP transactions, and aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Check and inspect tubes, perform proof testing and flex rolling; remove defective products and maintain records.
• Inspect and measure dimensions using X-ray, micrometers, measuring tapes, and record results on paperwork.
• Proof test tubes and record data including footage and scrap/defects.
• Load turntable, set up Lasermic, and operate flex roller; ensure product quality.
• Follow work orders and specifications; perform computer transactions (MFGPro) as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment (5S+, TPM) and participate in CI activities.
