Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Machine Operator (Inspector) for overnight 4x10 shifts in Middlesex, NC. The role involves inspecting tubes, proof testing, and maintaining production records to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.

You will operate measuring equipment, load turntables, set up Lasermic, and participate in lean and TPM activities while following safety policies. A high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• U.S. person per ITAR; no immigration sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Middlesex, NC allowed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure dimensions of tubes to verify conformance to specifications using measuring tools and record accurately.
• Proof test tubes.
• Record data (footage, scrap/defects) on paperwork and systems.
• Discard or reject tubes not meeting specifications.
• Set up Lasermic and flex roller equipment as required.
• Operate production equipment in assigned area and follow work orders.
