Job summary

TWG Investments LLC in Texas is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team on an overnight 7pm–7am shift. This full-time role focuses on providing attentive patient care within a crisis respite program and involves collaboration with doctors, pharmacists, and caseworkers.

You will perform nursing services, manage assessments and documentation, maintain confidentiality, and ensure resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.
• Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to the crisis respite program including patient assessments and documentation.
• Fill out MARS forms and coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and caseworkers.
• Maintain Universal Precautions and safety per policies.
• Track doctor appointments, prescriptions, and notes for residents.
• Assist in training staff on medication management and supervision.
