Job summary

Responsibilities

• Overnight shift midnight–8 AM manage access control and monitor cameras.
• Greet residents and handle issues before day team arrives; complete daily activity and incident reports.
• Process mail and packages; perform building walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and security.
• Provide lifestyle services guidance (restaurant recommendations, transportation, dry cleaning).
• Prepare PowerPoint reports and other admin duties as needed.
