Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for direct delivery of nursing services per standards.
• Provide medications and treatments to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and nursing rounds on the unit.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Director of Clinical Services.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Supervise CNAs/CHHAs and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain resident privacy, confidentiality, and dignity.
