Job summary

Village Point is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time roles at our Monroe Township, NJ facility. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and assist with physician rounds while ensuring patient privacy and dignity.

The role includes supervising CNAs/CHHAs, documenting care plans, and coordinating resident evaluations. NJ LPN license and LTC experience preferred; shifts include 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid NJ LPN license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• LTC/rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist with rounds with physicians or nurse practitioners.
• Perform unit nursing rounds and report changes promptly.
• Supervise CNAs/CHHAs and educate staff.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
