Job summary

Monroe Village, a Springpoint Senior Living Community in Monroe, NJ, seeks an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee the overnight shift and provide direct nursing care to residents. You will supervise CNAs/CHHAs and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and SSL policies.

The full-time, on-site role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, life & disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid NJ LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing services and supervise CNAs/CHHAs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist with physician rounds and report changes.
• Document nursing notes and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Respond to emergencies across the community.
