Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Inspirations of Northbrook, from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

The role involves supervising the shift, coordinating resident care, and guiding RCAs and MTs to ensure safe, compassionate services in a senior living setting. Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Must be licensed nurse in state where you work.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
• Be in good physical health and able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate shift work to ensure coverage.
• Supervise care delivery and assist with personal care.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document MAR.
• Coordinate with RCAs and MTs and maintain shift reports.
• Maintain medication cart security and narcotics counts.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and follow safety rules.
• Orient and train new associates on shift.
