Job summary

Inspirations of Northbrook is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Nurse (LPN) from 11:00pm–7:00am to lead the Wellness Department on the night shift. You will supervise RCAs and MTs, coordinate resident care, and ensure medication administration aligns with physician orders.

Qualified candidates are Licensed Practical Nurses with at least two years of nursing experience, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a team, with a focus on safety and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse in the state where you work.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delegates work assignments for shift coverage.
• Supervises delivery of personal care to residents.
• Implements care plans and tracks health data.
• Acts as shift team leader and coaches RCAs/MTs.
• Maintains professional demeanor with residents and families.
• Documents and reports resident conditions and MAR changes.
