Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time overnight role at Aspired Living of La Grange. This 12-hour overnight position offers 12 hours per week (one night weekly) and involves supervising other staff when needed.

Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, health monitoring, and coordination with physicians and residents’ families.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Illinois.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in senior care or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to Federal & State regulations and company guidelines.
• May assist with admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Monitor residents’ health and coordinate with physicians and family members.
